On August 5, 2022,Anna Heche was involved in a series of car crashes, first hitting a garage at an apartment complex, and ending in a fiery car crash that reportedly left her “severely burned” and “intubated” in the hospital.
A rep for the actress, 53, told People in a statement Saturday, “Anne is currently in stable condition.
“Her family and friends ask for your thoughts and prayers and to respect her privacy during this difficult time.”
Her ex-boyfriend also told the Daily Mail she is expected to make it.
There is no clear reason for the crash but it is presumed that Anna Heche was under the influence of alcohol, as a bottle with a red cap was spotted in her car shortly before the accident. However, the Los Angeles Police Department could not confirm this detail.
